Laboratories at the Cap Alpha Business & Innovation Centre

The Business & Innovation Centre (BIC) assists innovative entrepreneurs and helps them transform their startup projects into success stories. As part of its mission, BIC offers business hosting at two different sites: Cap Alpha in Clapiers and Halle de l’Innovation (Innovation Hall) in the Cambacérès ZAC business district.

The Cap Alpha startup incubator is located in Clapiers, just north of Montpellier, ideally situated near research centers and universities. For BIC-assisted companies in the life sciences (health, agronomy, and GreenTech) and engineering (electronics, robotics, etc.), the Cap Alpha complex provides offices, laboratories, and workshops tailored to their needs.

Hosting capacity
600 m² of biotech laboratories, including an equipped shared laboratory (-80°C freezer, autoclave, laundry), 400 m² of workshops, 1,300 m² of office space and tertiary platforms
Hosting only available for BIC-assisted companies

- Shared facilities: reception, mail, telephone, IT, security, conference room with capacity for 150 people, 2 meeting rooms equipped with multimedia equipment, high-speed Internet, and Wi-Fi

- Privileged access to BIC assistance services
